The oversized pivoting pedals come with adjustable nylon straps to keep your feet securely in place.

The rowing machine is designed with a soft-touch ergonomic handle for a comfortable grip. It has an inertia-enhanced flywheel and offers 24 resistance levels to customize the intensity of your workouts. The SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance ensures a quiet operation.

The rowing machine comes with a 5″ high contrast multi-color display that shows your workout data. The console position is adjustable for optimal viewing. It is iFit Bluetooth Smart (BLE) enabled, allowing you to access a wide range of workout options and interactive features.

The ProForm Sport RL Rowing Machine features a SpaceSaver design, making it foldable for easy storage when not in use. It also has dual 2″ speakers, so you can listen to your favorite music while working out. The front-mounted wheels enable convenient transportation.
