The Marcy Regenerating ME-704 Cross Trainer is a stationary machine that generates its own energy, this means there is no need for an electrical outlet and you are able to place this machine anywhere you wish.

The Marcy ME-704 Regenerating Magnetic Elliptical Trainer is made with a compact design allowing you to work out even in the most space restrictive rooms. This machine allows you to focus on upper body, lower body, or full body workouts.

Fitted with 24 magnetic resistance levels increasing overall body development as well as cardiovascular endurance. Stay focused with the 23 engaging pre-set programs that can have you tackling hills one day and sweat dripping endurance challenges the next. This trainer also allows you to create 4 of your very own workouts, allowing you to personalise to meet your needs.
