The treadmill can grow with your fitness levels from a slow walk to a brisk walk it goes up to intervals to 6 kph. There is also an added auto safety stop system and safety cord for added peace of mind.
This is a perfect machine for someone that wants to start an exercise regime. You can exercise while watching your favourite TV show and in the comfort of your own home. Hide away under the sofa or around the home as it lays completely flat.
Plus, the linear strider has moving handles. This means you can choose to also work your upper body at the same time, giving you a full body workout.
This machine should only be used with the handlebars raised. The handlebars should be lowered for storage purposes only. Using the Linear Strider with the handlebars in the lowered position is not recommended.
Add the red safety clip to the top of the left handle bar, it is a small magnet so will stay in place. The Linear Strider will not start without this clip being attached.
