At MSFMart, we take great pride in offering a reliable and efficient shipping service for our customers. We ship orders to customers within the UK, USA, European Union, and worldwide. Our delivery rates are determined by weight, size, number of packages, and invoice value for customs purposes.
For customers within the UK, we offer a flat rate of £4.99 for orders below £50. For all other international deliveries, please contact us at info@msfmart.com for more information.
We use reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Dpd, Hermes, and UPS, all of which provide fully trackable services. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and time, our standard delivery time within the UK mainland is the next working day after dispatch.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, and our staff take great care in packing goods to avoid damage during transit.
Typical delivery time frames range between 5 to 7 business days; however, you may receive your items earlier. All orders come with a tracking number so that you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way. Please note that packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
Orders received before 11:00 am are typically processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after the cut-off time of 11:00 am will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Please be advised that our UK and Europe orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse, while our USA warehouse currently fulfills orders for the USA and Canada only.
